Victory Voice AI provides AI-based voice analysis and optional talent discovery. It does not guarantee employment, casting, or commercial outcomes.

2. Account Types

Users must select one of the following:

• User (Voice Creator)
• Producer (Company / Professional)

Misuse of account type may result in restrictions.

3. Voice Content

• Users retain ownership of their recordings
• By opting into discovery, users grant permission for Producers to review their profile
• Victory Voice AI does not claim ownership of voice content

4. Producer Responsibilities

Producers agree to:

• Use discovery data respectfully
• Not download or redistribute recordings
• Not misuse contact information

Violation may result in account suspension.

5. Fair Use & Rankings

• Scores are generated objectively by AI
• No paid ranking, promotion, or visibility boosts
• Attempts to manipulate results may result in removal

6. Donations

Donations are voluntary and do not provide platform advantages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Victory Voice AI is provided "as-is." We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from platform use.
